Disability Forward is an Employee Resource Group within FCB Chicago focused on advocating for the disability community within the workplace. At FCB Chicago, I volunteered to design a language guide for the Disability Forward ERG. Published in accordance with Disability Pride Month, this guide is meant to provide non-disabled people with the tools to respectfully navigate conversations surrounding disabilities.
